Single Session - 50 minutes - A one-time session providing space to slow down, be heard, and receive support during a difficult or meaningful moment in your grief journey.
6-Week Session – 50 minutes - A six-week series designed to help you share and process your story, navigate grief with care, and find grounding during a season of loss.
3-Month Session – (12 weeks) 50 minutes - A three-month journey offering consistent support to explore grief more deeply, rediscover purpose, and gently move forward while honoring what has been lost.
6-Month Session – (24 weeks) 50 minutes - A six-month guided journey provides space for continued reflection, integration, and meaningful ways to carry forward the legacy of the person or life chapter you are grieving.
